Inspired by The Future We Want and the outcomes of the 2012 Rio+20 Conference, EMERGE-ZAMBIA brings young people together to engage with the issues shaping our world and turn ideas into action. Our work is rooted in peace, sustainability, social justice and meaningful youth participation, with the Sustainable Development Goals providing a shared framework for change.

Who We Are
EMERGE ZAMBIA MODEL UNITED NATIONS (emerge-zambia) is a non-profit organization committed to empowering young leaders and building stronger communities. At the heart of emerge-zambia lies the simulation of the United Nations, fostering diplomacy, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. But we don't stop at simulations—our mission goes further.
We challenge our delegates and members to step out of the conference rooms and into their communities, engaging in transformative projects that address pressing local and global issues.
